Sun Dried Mushroom Soup

Instructions
Add 1 packet (20 gms) dry mushrooms in boiling water for 20 minutes
Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, garlic and saute them
Add salt and pepper and mix well
Once the mushrooms are cooked separate hot water and add boiled mushrooms to pan and
saute for 10 mins, Let it cool
Transfer the mix in to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste.
Add leftover water from boiled mushroom and mix well.
Bring the soup to a medium heat if required.
The Mushroom soup is ready to be served now
Notes
You can make this same soup with fresh mushrooms as well if you don’t have dried mushrooms at hand.
