250gmsRaw papayaChopped
100 gmsCapsicumChopped
100 gmsTomatoChopped
1tbspGingelly oil
11 tbspCumin seeds
1 StalkCurry leaves
2pinchesPepper powder
1pinch Asafoetida
As RequiredSalt
2tbsp Coriander leaves Finely chopped
1 ½CupsWater
2 tbspLemon juice
Instructions
Clean the papaya by removing the skin And seeds
Wash with sufficient water to remove the sticky milk in it.
Cut papaya and capsicum into pieces.
Pressure cook the cut pieces along with Tomatoes.
Remove from stove and let it cool.
Blend the ingredients in a blender and filter to obtain the pulp.
Heat oil in a pan, temper cumin seeds and Curry leaves.
Add the pulp, If needed add more water.
Bring it to boil.
Add asafoetida, pepper powder, salt and Coriander leaves.
Remove from stove.
Add lemon juice.
Serve hot
