Instructions
Mix flour using sufficient water and the other ingredients.
Divide the dough into balls of equal size and dip them into some flour.
Pat each portion on a dry surface with the help of your hands to make a circle with a diameter of 5.
Heat a tava and cook the roti on both sides until done.
Serve hot with vegetable curry.
Notes
Variation:
The roti can be made more delicious by the addition of fried carrot and cabbage.
