Method
Roast the Ragi and Wheat on a slow flame, They will turn to a charred Brown Colour
Roast Rest of the ingredients one by one. Except Cardamon
Grind the Ingredients together in a blender
Store in an air tight container
Preparing Coffee
Boil a glass of water
Add two teaspoons of the powder and allow it to boil for 5 min
Remove From the stove and allow the ingredients to settle down
Strain to obtain a clear Decoction
Add Jaggery and Serve Hot
