Wash palak, leaves with the stem and chop roughly.
Chop tomatoes into pieces.
Bring both palak and tomatoes to boil until cooked well.
Remove from stove and cool
Add a little water and grind in a mixer until well mashed.
Sieve the ingredients and discard lumps
Bring the mixture to boil- simmer mode.
Add cumin powder and salt.Temper onion, garlic and add to the mixture, Add lemon juice and serve.
