- 50 gms Horse gram Fried
- 4 tbsp Coconut Grated
- 1 Nos Green Chilli
- 1 Pod Garlic
- 1 Small Piece Ginger
- 1 Nos Tomato
- 1 tbsp Gingelly oil Cold press oil
- 1 tbsp (As Required) Salt Table Salt
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Split Black Gram
- 2 Stalks Curry leaves Fresh
- ½ Cup (As Required) Water
Grind the fried horse gram along with rest of the ingredients to a coarse paste.
Temper with mustard seeds, black gram and curry leaves and add to the chutney.
Mix and serve.
