Cook the split green gram in 100 ml of water with a pinch of turmeric until almost done
Heat the oil in a pan
Fry Mustard Seeds, black gram, bengal gram, onion, green chilli and tomatoes in that order
Add the chopped greens and stir fry for 5-10 minutes
Add the cooked green gram, salt, cumin powder and water
Bring to boil, remove from stove, serve hot
