Knead the millet flour, wheat flour and salt with enough warm water to make soft dough
Divide into 4 equal portions into a circle
Half cook the rotis lightly on both sides by turning it over on a heated tava
grind the stuffing ingredients in a mixer coarsely without adding water
Heat the oil in a pan, add asafoetida, ground mixture and salt. cook well
cool the mixture and divide it into two halves
spread one portion of the mixture on one of the rotis
place one more roti on the top and press the sides
cook rotis well on both sides
serve hot with mint / coconut chutney.
