- 150 gms Ash gourd (White Pumpkin)
- 1 No Green Chilli
Coconut milk extracted twice
- ½ Cup First milk
- ½ Cup Second milk
- To taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 Stalk Curry Leaves
Cut the White Pumpkin Into Medium sized Cubes
Add a little salt and cook with second coconut milk
Once Cooked, add the first milk , curry leaves, chilli and bring to a gentle simmer
Add Coconut oil, turn off stove
Serve Hot with rice and sambar
