Sprouted Green gram salad
Once the moong beans have been sprouted then we have a quick salad recipe in hand and we can easily flavor it as per your taste. You can be really innovative in making this salad spicy, crunchy, tangy or sweet.

Ingredients
- 25 gms Cucumber Grated
- 25 gms Sprouted Green gram
- 25 gms sprouted chickpeas
- 25 gms Sprouted Horse gram
- 25 gms Ground nut Fresh
- 2 TBSP Onion Chopped
- 1 Nos Tomato Chopped
- 1 Pinch Salt Table salt
- 1 Pinch Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice Fresh
- 1 tbsp Jaggery
Instructions
- Take the Green gram, Chickpeas & Horse gram sprouts into a large mixing bowl.
- Add ½ tsp cumin powder and salt as required
- Further add ½ cucumber, ½ tomato, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp spring onion and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- finally, serve Green gram sprouts salad garnished with 2 tbsp roasted peanuts.
