Spring salad
Wash your vegetables thoroughly, dice cucumbers into chunks, Dice your tomatoes into the same size. Chop red onion into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.

- 50 gms Letuce Chopped
- 50 gms Raddish Finely chopped
- 50 gms Cucumber Finely Chopped
- 50 gms Carrot Finely Chopped
- 2 TBSP Onion chopped
- 50 gms Tomato chopped
- 1 Pinch Salt Table salt
- 1 Pinch Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh

- Wash all the vegetable and chop them into pieces
- Mix all the ingredients
- Add salt, Lemon juice and serve them
