Ingredients
- ½ Cup Snake Gourd Chopped
- 4 tbsp Coconut
- 1 Nos Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 Nos Country Tomato
- 1 Stalk Curry Leaves Fresh
- 1 Pod Garlic
- ½ tbsp Mustard Seeds
- ½ tbsp Split Black Gram
- ½ Pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp (As Required) Salt Table Salt
- ½ Cup (As Required) Water
- 1 tbsp Gingelly Oil Cold press oil
Instructions
- Fry the gourd with green chilli,onion and tomatoes.
- Cool the mixture and grind it along with coconut and salt.
- Temper Mustard seeds, Split black gram and Curry leaves using heated gingelly oil.
- Mix and serve.
