Raw Capsicum and Papaya soup
Raw papaya clear soup is a healthy soup recipe Winters are fast knocking, and what better way to warm up with a big bowl of some piping hot soup. A very healthy and easy recipe of raw papaya/ green papaya soup without any added thickener.

Ingredients
- 250 gms Raw papaya Chopped
- 100 gms Capsicum Chopped
- 100 gms Tomato Chopped
- 1 tbsp Gingelly oil
- 1 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Stalk Curry leaves
- 2 pinches Pepper powder
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- As Required Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves Finely chopped
- 1 ½ Cups Water
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Clean the papaya by removing the skin And seeds
- Wash with sufficient water to remove the sticky milk in it.
- Cut papaya and capsicum into pieces.
- Pressure cook the cut pieces along with Tomatoes.
- Remove from stove and let it cool.
- Blend the ingredients in a blender and filter to obtain the pulp.
- Heat oil in a pan, temper cumin seeds and Curry leaves.
- Add the pulp, If needed add more water.
- Bring it to boil.
- Add asafoetida, pepper powder, salt and Coriander leaves.
- Remove from stove.
- Add lemon juice.
- Serve hot
