Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Finger Millet
  • 1 Cup Coriander seeds
  • ½ Cup Whole Wheat
  • 50 gms Dry Ginger
  • 5 gms Cardamon

Instructions

Method

  • Roast the Ragi and Wheat on a slow flame, They will turn to a charred Brown Colour
  • Roast Rest of the ingredients one by one. Except Cardamon
  • Grind the Ingredients together in a blender
  • Store in an air tight container

Preparing Coffee

  • Boil a glass of water
  • Add two teaspoons of the powder and allow it to boil for 5 min
  • Remove From the stove and allow the ingredients to settle down
  • Strain to obtain a clear Decoction
  • Add Jaggery and Serve Hot
