Ingredients
- 2 Cups Finger Millet
- 1 Cup Coriander seeds
- ½ Cup Whole Wheat
- 50 gms Dry Ginger
- 5 gms Cardamon
Instructions
Method
- Roast the Ragi and Wheat on a slow flame, They will turn to a charred Brown Colour
- Roast Rest of the ingredients one by one. Except Cardamon
- Grind the Ingredients together in a blender
- Store in an air tight container
Preparing Coffee
- Boil a glass of water
- Add two teaspoons of the powder and allow it to boil for 5 min
- Remove From the stove and allow the ingredients to settle down
- Strain to obtain a clear Decoction
- Add Jaggery and Serve Hot
