  • 50 gms Carrot finely chopped
  • 20 gms Cucumber finely Chopped
  • 5 gms Beetroot finely Chopped
  • 10 gms cabbage finely Chopped

  • 10 gms Tomatoto finely Chopped
  • 20 gms Sprouted green gram
  • 20 gms Halfboiled groundnut
  • 5 gms Coriander leaves finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp mango Grated
  • 20 gms Pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Grated
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Puffed rice
