Ingredients
- 1 Cup Maize
- ½ Cup Spring Onions Finely chopped
- 1 No Green chilli Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- to taste Salt
- As Required Water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a vessel and knead them to fine dough
- Set aside for 10 minutes, divide into equal sized portions
- Pat each portion on a dry surface with the help of your hands to make a circle with a diameter of 5
- Heat a Tava and cook the roti on both sides until done
- Serve hot with vegetable curry
