Ingredients

  • 200 gms Finger Millet
  • 100 gms Whole Wheat
  • 50 gms Green Gram
  • 50 gms Bengal gram
  • 50 gms Ground nut
  • 50 gms Barley
  • 50 gms Red Rice
  • 50 gms Pearl millet
  • 50 gms Maize
  • 50 gms Corn
  • 50 gms Fox tail Millet
  • 50 gms Fried gram
  • 50 gms Badam
  • 50 gms Cashews
  • 100 gms Ginger
  • 30 gms Cardamon

For preparing the drink

  • 2 tbsp Health Mix Powder
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Palm sugar

Instructions

  • Dry roast each of the ingredients separately on a slow flame until an aroma arises.
  • Cool and grind in a mixer
  • Store in a airtight container
  • Mix 2 teaspoons of the health mix in 200 ml of water
  • Add Palm sugar
  • Cook Until boil (simmer), stirring continuously
  • serve hot
