Ingredients
- 100 gms Greens (Amaranthus) Finely chopped
- 100 gms split green gram
- 2 Nos Onion Finely chopped
- 2 Nos Tomatoes Finely chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- ¼ tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Bengal Gram
- 1 no Green Chilli
- 2 tbsp Gingelly Oil Use Cold Press
- ½ tbsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tbsp Split black gram
- 250 ml Water
- As Required Salt
Instructions
- Cook the split green gram in 100 ml of water with a pinch of turmeric until almost done
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Fry Mustard Seeds, black gram, bengal gram, onion, green chilli and tomatoes in that order
- Add the chopped greens and stir fry for 5-10 minutes
- Add the cooked green gram, salt, cumin powder and water
- Bring to boil, remove from stove, serve hot
