Ingredients

  • 25 gms cucumber Finely chopped
  • 20 gms Pomegranate
  • 10 gms sprouted green gram
  • 10 gms Apple
  • 1 tbsp coconut Grated
  • ½ tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and serve

Cucumber is a low-calorie vegetable that provides 15 calories per 100 gms. The miniature varieties are called as gherkins / American Dills/ French Cornichons. The larger varieties are known as Indian curry Cucumber / Dosakayi.
