Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200 gms) Thick Curd
  • 300 ml Cold refrigerated water

Instructions

  • Add the curd and water to a blender and swish in pulse mode about 10-12 times
  • Remove the thick butter
  • Pour the butter milk in a container
  • Serve by adding salt
