Beetroot and Cucumber salad

Ingredients
- 20 gms Cucumber Finely chopped
- 50 gms Carrot Finely chopped
- 20 gms Beetroot Finely chopped
- 10 gms Coconut Grated
- 5 gms coriander leaves Fresh
- 5 gms pudhina leaves Fresh
- 10 gms Tomato Fresh
- 1 tbsp (As required) Salt Table salt
- 1 Pinch Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice Fresh
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients- beetroot, carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves, Pudhina leaves, lemon juice, pepper powder, salt to taste and mix well.
- Check for seasonings and adjust according to your taste and serve.
