Ingredients
- 200 gms Finger Millet
- 100 gms Whole Wheat
- 50 gms Green Gram
- 50 gms Bengal gram
- 50 gms Ground nut
- 50 gms Barley
- 50 gms Red Rice
- 50 gms Pearl millet
- 50 gms Maize
- 50 gms Corn
- 50 gms Fox tail Millet
- 50 gms Fried gram
- 50 gms Badam
- 50 gms Cashews
- 100 gms Ginger
- 30 gms Cardamon
For preparing the drink
- 2 tbsp Health Mix Powder
- 200 ml Water
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Palm sugar
Instructions
- Dry roast each of the ingredients separately on a slow flame until an aroma arises.
- Cool and grind in a mixer
- Store in a airtight container
- Mix 2 teaspoons of the health mix in 200 ml of water
- Add Palm sugar
- Cook Until boil (simmer), stirring continuously
- serve hot
