Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded fresh broccoli florets Sliver the stalks in to fine slices
- ½ Cup Grated Fresh Carrots
- ¼ Cup Raisin or dry cranberries soaked in water for 5 min
- 1 ½ tbsp Organic Honey
Instructions
- Toss the shredded broccoli and carrots in a large salad bowl
- Add the raisins or cranberries
- Add honey and a dash of lemon before serving
