Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Maize
  • ½ Cup Spring Onions Finely chopped
  • 1 No Green chilli Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Water

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a vessel and knead them to fine dough
  • Set aside for 10 minutes, divide into equal sized portions
  • Pat each portion on a dry surface with the help of your hands to make a circle with a diameter of 5
  • Heat a Tava and cook the roti on both sides until done
  • Serve hot with vegetable curry
