Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ragi flour    
  • 2 tsp Whole wheat flour 
  • 2 No Onion     finely chopped
  • 1 No Green chilli                 
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds                 
  • ¼ tbsp Ginger                      (finely chopped)
  • As Required Gingelly oil Cold Press
  • 50 ml Water

Instructions

  • Mix flour using sufficient water and the other ingredients.
  • Divide the dough into balls of equal size and dip them into some flour.
  • Pat each portion on a dry surface with the help of your hands to make a circle with a diameter of 5.
  • Heat a tava and cook the roti on both sides until done.
  • Serve hot with vegetable curry.

Notes

Variation:
 The roti can be made more delicious by the addition of fried carrot and cabbage.
