Ragi Roti - Finger millet roti

Ingredients
- ½ cup Ragi flour
- 2 tsp Whole wheat flour
- 2 No Onion finely chopped
- 1 No Green chilli
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
- As Required Gingelly oil Cold Press
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- Mix flour using sufficient water and the other ingredients.
- Divide the dough into balls of equal size and dip them into some flour.
- Pat each portion on a dry surface with the help of your hands to make a circle with a diameter of 5.
- Heat a tava and cook the roti on both sides until done.
- Serve hot with vegetable curry.
Notes
Variation:
The roti can be made more delicious by the addition of fried carrot and cabbage.
