Methi Chappathi

Ingredients
- ½ cup Wheat flour
- ½ cup Methi leaves
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds (slightly crushed)
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- 75 ml Water
- As Required Salt
Instructions
- Knead the chapatthi dough by mixing all the ingredients with sufficient water.
- Divide the dough into balls of equal size and dip them into some flour.
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin until the balls resemble thin, round pancakes.
- Heat a heavy frying pan, tava or griddle over medium heat and cook each chappathi on both sides. Serve hot.

Variant:
Mint and coriander chappathi can also be made by adopting the same method.
