You can sprout any kind of whole grains, the truly important thing is that the grain be whole grains, with the germ and bran intact.

Ingredients
- 100 gms Whole wheat grains Sprouted
- As required size Thick cotton cloth
- 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp Jaggery / Honey
Instructions
- Soak the wheat for 12 hours in sufficient water, drain and tie the grains in a thick white cotton cloth
- Hang the cloth in a undisturbed corner for 12 hours, the wheat would have sprouted by then
- Blend it in a mixture with sufficient water
- Filter and consume with honey or jaggery
Notes
For those who do not have enough space for growing wheat grass, Sprouted wheat milk is a good alternative.
