Ingredients

  • 500 Gms Dry Mushroom
  • 50 Gms Unsalted Butter
  • 5 Cloves Garlic Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Nos Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper
  • As Required Water

Instructions

  • Add 1 packet (20 gms) dry mushrooms in boiling water for 20 minutes
  • Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, garlic and saute them
  • Add salt and pepper and mix well
  • Once the mushrooms are cooked separate hot water and add boiled mushrooms to pan and
    saute for 10 mins, Let it cool
  • Transfer the mix in to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste.
  • Add leftover water from boiled mushroom and mix well.
  • Bring the soup to a medium heat if required.
  • The Mushroom soup is ready to be served now

Notes

You can make this same soup with fresh mushrooms as well if you don’t have dried mushrooms at hand.
