Sun Dried Mushroom Soup
The mushrooms have an intense flavor after drying, which makes this soup scrumptious.

Ingredients
- 500 Gms Dry Mushroom
- 50 Gms Unsalted Butter
- 5 Cloves Garlic Thinly Sliced
- 1 Nos Onion Thinly sliced
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Pepper
- As Required Water
Instructions
- Add 1 packet (20 gms) dry mushrooms in boiling water for 20 minutes
- Heat some butter in a pan, add onions, garlic and saute them
- Add salt and pepper and mix well
- Once the mushrooms are cooked separate hot water and add boiled mushrooms to pan andsaute for 10 mins, Let it cool
- Transfer the mix in to a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Add leftover water from boiled mushroom and mix well.
- Bring the soup to a medium heat if required.
- The Mushroom soup is ready to be served now
Notes
You can make this same soup with fresh mushrooms as well if you don’t have dried mushrooms at hand.
