Fruits and Vegetable salad
To prepare this yummy salad Wash and finely chop the Carrot, Capsicum, cucumber & Apple then mix pomegranate, halved grapes, dates, grated coconut, ginger in a mixing Bowl. Add lemon juice, Honey & Pepper to the taste and serve.

Ingredients
- 20 gms Carrot Finely chopped
- 20 gms Capsicum Finely chopped
- 50 gms Apple Finely chopped
- 20 gms pomegranate
- 20 gms Grapes Halved
- 2 nos Dates
- 2 tbsp Coconut Grated
- 1 Pinch Ginger Grated
- 1 tbsp Lemon Fresh
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 Pinch Pepper
Instructions
- Chop the cucumber, Apple, grapes(halves), Capsicum into bite sized chunks.
- Mix the ingredients with pomegranate,dates, grated coconut & ginger.
- Pour lemon & honey to the mixture in a bowl
- Add Pepper to the taste and serve
