Tomato soup
Cook tomatoes in a vessel with 1 cup of water and let it cool. Grind in a mixer until mashed well. Discard lumps and skin. Heat oil in a pan, temper curry leaves and asafoetida. Add pepper,coriander, cumin powder and fry for a few seconds. Add the blended tomatoes, Bring the mixture to boil, on simmer mode. Add salt, coriander leaves and lemon to serve.

- 2 Nos Apple Tomato Fresh
- 2 Nos Country Tomato Fresh
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tbsp Pepper Powder
- ½ tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 ½ cups Water
- 1 tbsp ( As Required) Salt Table salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh
