Palak soup
Palak Soup Recipe (Spinach Soup) – is a healthy and delicious way of savoring the goodness of green spinach leaves.Making Palak Soup at home is very easy as it requires only few ingredients, requires very little process and takes only 25 minutes to cook. Generally spinach soup recipes require adding fresh cream to give it a rich and creamy taste and texture.

Ingredients
- ½ Bunch Palak Fresh Chopped
- 100 gms Tomato Chopped
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- ½ No Big Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 Nos Garlic Finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ( As Required) Salt Table Salt
- 1 cup ( As Required ) Water
- ¼ tbsp Lemon juice Fresh
Instructions
- Wash palak, leaves with the stem and chop roughly.
- Chop tomatoes into pieces.
- Bring both palak and tomatoes to boil until cooked well.
- Remove from stove and cool
- Add a little water and grind in a mixer until well mashed.
- Sieve the ingredients and discard lumps
- Bring the mixture to boil- simmer mode.
- Add cumin powder and salt.Temper onion, garlic and add to the mixture, Add lemon juice and serve.
